VASCO AI provides a platform for creating and deploying AI-powered chatbots. Our service includes:

• Chatbot creation and configuration tools
• Integration with various AI models
• Website embedding capabilities
• Usage analytics and reporting

3. API Keys and Usage

You are responsible for providing and securing your own API keys for AI providers. We do not store your API keys on our servers beyond encrypted session storage.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to create content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

VASCO AI is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to AI-generated content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Pricing & Plans

VASCO AI offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan (€0/month): 1 chatbot, 100 messages/month, Groq and Google AI models only, conversation summaries stored
• Pro Plan (€19/month): Unlimited chatbots and messages, all AI models available, custom backgrounds, conversation summaries stored
• VIP Plan (€29/month): All Pro features PLUS full-page chat interface, complete conversation history storage, sidebar navigation, individual conversation management

All plans include basic analytics and API key management. Prices may change for new subscribers, but existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affecting their subscription.

7.1 VIP Features

VIP subscribers have access to exclusive features:

• Full-Page Chat: Dedicated chat interface with sidebar navigation
• Conversation History: Complete thread storage with full message history
• Resume Conversations: Continue past conversations from where you left off
• Individual Deletion: Delete specific conversations while keeping others
